1. Services

SchoolPro.io provides software solutions designed to automate and streamline the operations of vocational schools. By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that the services will be provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified in a separate contract or agreement.

2. Payment Terms

- You agree to pay the applicable fees for the services as outlined on the SchoolPro.io website or in a separate agreement.- Payment will be automatically charged on a monthly basis via the payment method you provide during the registration process.- If your payment method is declined, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services until payment is received.

3. Subscription & Cancellation

- Monthly Service: Our services are offered on a month-to-month basis, with automatic renewal each month unless you cancel.  - Cancellation Policy: To cancel your subscription, you must provide a 30-day notice. Cancellations must be requested by completing the cancellation form and submitting it via email to [email protected]. Once we receive your cancellation request, your subscription will remain active for 30 days from the notice date. After this period, your subscription will be terminated, and you will no longer be billed for future months.

- Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any partial month of service. Once a billing cycle has started, you are responsible for the full month's payment.

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information when using our services.- Use the services only for lawful purposes and not to infringe upon the rights of others.- Keep your account login information secure and confidential.  SchoolPro.io reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services if we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in unauthorized activities.
